This started from a simple frustration — most content about Rajasthan covers the same dozen places in the same way. Jaipur-Jodhpur-Udaipur, the usual forts, the usual sunset shots. There's nothing wrong with any of that, but Rajasthan is enormous and genuinely strange, and there's far more worth seeing than what makes it into travel brochures.
What you'll find here is Rajasthan from a local perspective — places I've actually been, routes I've actually driven, temples and forts and landscapes that don't always make international lists but are worth your time.
